Hey y’all, I’m Nicole —
Wife, mama, sticker-maker, homeschool teacher, and rebel sourdough baker.
But more than anything, I’m just a woman doing her best to live a faithful, intentional life — one prayer, one planner page, one peanut-butter-smudged moment at a time.
🌱 How It Started
Simple Southern Mommy was born from a leap of faith.
In 2011, I packed up my whole world and moved 1,800 miles across the country — leaving behind everything familiar to start a new life in Texas. I wasn’t 19. I wasn’t ready. But I was expectin’ my first baby and determined to build something beautiful out of the unknown.
Back then, I was stretchin’ pennies and sharing coupon tips from our kitchen table.
Now? I’m raising two boys, homeschooling full-time, and running a shop that sends out joy and encouragement to mamas all over.

- Managing chronic illness (POTS and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) with grace and a little Southern stubborn
- Designing faith-based stickers, planner tools, and resources to help mamas slow down and breathe
- Living our Catholic faith deeply and daily — even when life’s messy and loud
